Point Arena: Bookends closed.

Elk: Roadhouse Cafe reopened as Queenie's.

Mendocino: Mendocino Mercantile, Good Taste and The Book Loft closed. Sears House Inn is now part of Sweetwater Spa & Inn.

Caspar: Caspar Cafe has closed.

Fort Bragg: Goody's Fountain, House of Subs, Old Dock Cafe, B&L Espresso Deli, Thanksgiving Coffee Cafe and Picciani's Pastry have closed. Laurel Deli moved into the Depot Mall. Cheri's by the Seashore is now Sharon's by the Sea, serving dinner, 962-0680.

Cleone: Another Roadside Grill closed.

Leggett: Bell Glen B&B, Eel River Redwoods Hostel, and Bell Glen Pub closed.

Humboldt County: Hartsook Inn closed, acquired by Save-the-Redwoods League.

Anderson Valley: Toll House Inn has closed.
